We welcome groups of all sizes — from solo travelers and couples to families and larger tour groups of 20 guests or more. Every tour is private and tailored to your group, ensuring a personal and memorable experience regardless of the group size.

We can arrange comfortable transportation to complement your tour. For groups of up to six guests, we can organize a private driver with a van. For larger groups, we're happy to arrange a bus upon request.

Our private guiding services start at:

• 2-hour walking tour: from €190

• Half-day tour (4 hours): from €350

• Full-day tour (8 hours): from €600

All prices are for private guiding services for groups of up to 20 guests. Transportation, entrance fees, wine tastings, meals and other optional services are quoted separately where applicable.

We'll get back to you as quickly as possible with a personalized proposal and answer any questions you may have. We're looking forward to creating the perfect Franconian experience for you!

Once we've agreed on your itinerary, we'll send you a personalized quote. To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit, which can be paid via bank transfer.

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your tour and can be paid either by bank transfer or in cash.

If you have any questions about payment or require a different arrangement, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel your tour, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 14 days before your scheduled tour: Full refund

• 13–7 days before your scheduled tour: 25% of the tour price will be charged.

• 6–2 days before your scheduled tour: 50% of the tour price will be charged.

• Less than 48 hours before your scheduled tour or in the case of a no-show: 100% of the tour price will be charged.

If your booking includes additional services such as transportation, wine tastings or accommodation, separate cancellation policies may apply. We'll always inform you of these in advance.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
